The SJSU Campus is within walking distance of the Fairmont Hotel and the University Club.

MaxEnt 2005 registration, tutorials and oral sessions will be held in the Engineering Auditorium, Room 189 of the SJSU Engineering Building (see yellow circles on the campus map).

The poster sessions and the Sunday reception will be held in the University Room, which is in the Cafeteria building just south of the auditorium.

Please do not confuse the University Room (event location) with the University Club (housing).

The auditorium is equipped with a digital projector and sound system.
We will have an overhead projector available.
We are hoping to have wireless internet available...but cannot promise at this time.

For those requiring parking, please notify us by the registration date, and we will obtain a parking permit for you for the Seventh Street Garage at a cost of $13 US payable on arrival (campus map).

Parking will be free on Sunday...you may pick up your permit at registration.
A parking permit will be required for the other days.

Park in the 7th Street Lot (section D2) of the campus map.

People registering on Monday or Tuesday who require permits may need to pay for an hour of parking, go to ENG 189 and register and return to the car with the permit.

For those with an intellectual appetite, the Martin Luther King Library facilities will be available for the participants (campus map).
